Lesson 1 · Heal HER
The Foundation of Healing
Where your journey begins — understanding what healing is, what it demands, and what becomes possible when you choose yourself.
✦ Heal HER10 Experiences~60 Minutes4 Chapters
Chapter I · Opening
What Healing Actually Means
Healing is not a destination you arrive at and unpack your bags. It is not a checklist, a phase, or a reward for suffering enough. Healing is a relationship you build with yourself — one grounded in radical honesty, patience, and the willingness to see yourself without the armor you built to survive.
The world will tell you to "move on," to "let it go," to "be grateful." These are things said by people who have not done the work — or who are afraid of what the work reveals. In this course, we go deeper. We name what happened. We trace the roots. We find where we stopped being fully alive — and we come back.
Key Concept
Healing does not mean the past didn't happen. It means the past no longer owns your present — and it no longer writes your future.
Activity 1 · Check-In
Your Healing Readiness
There is no wrong score here. This is a mirror, not a test. Rate yourself honestly on each dimension. Your gauge updates in real time and will guide how you move through this module.

Activity 2 · Somatic Check-In
Where Does Your Body Hold It?
The body keeps the score. Trauma, grief, and unprocessed emotion live not just in our minds — they live in our muscles, our breath, our gut. Select an energy center below to receive a reflection prompt for that area of your body.

Activity 3 · Name It
What Are You Healing From?
Naming it is the first act of reclaiming it. We don't name our wounds to be defined by them — we name them so they can no longer operate in silence. Select every category that resonates. There is no judgment here, only witness.
Select all that apply — there is no wrong answer.

Belonging & Loneliness
It takes extraordinary courage to name what you're healing from. Every area you selected is a place where you are now choosing yourself. That is not weakness — that is the bravest thing a woman can do.
Activity 4 · Reframe
Healing IS & ISN'T
Our culture has distorted what healing looks like — making it seem fast, neat, and linear. Before we go deeper, we need to clear the air. Let's separate what is true from what is noise.
Healing IS ✦
A non-linear, messy, sacred journey
Feeling deeply so you can feel freely
Returning to yourself, again and again
Choosing differently than your wound would choose
Grief, joy, anger, and peace — all at once
Possible — for you, right now
Healing ISN'T ✗
Forgetting what happened to you
Being over it in 30 days
Never being triggered again
Forgiving people who hurt you (unless you choose to)
Always feeling positive or motivated
Linear, predictable, or pretty
"Now you know what you're actually signing up for — and it is so much more powerful, more sacred, and more transformative than anything the wellness industry ever sold you."
Activity 5 · Grounding Ritual
The Sacred Breath Reset
Before we go any deeper, we pause. Healing work requires a regulated nervous system. This 4-7-8 breathing exercise signals to your body that you are safe — that it is okay to feel, to open, to receive what comes next.

✦ Beautiful. Your nervous system is now in a more open, receptive state. Carry this breath with you as we go deeper into the work.
Activity 6 · Your Story
The Healing Timeline
Healing requires us to honor the full arc of our story. This is not about reliving pain — it is about giving each pivotal moment a place on the map so you can see how you have survived, adapted, and grown. Add 3 to 5 moments that shaped who you are today.
Activity 7 · Rewiring
The Transformation Shifts
Heal HER is not just about understanding your wounds — it is about rewiring how you live. Each shift below is a concrete movement from survival mode into sovereignty. Read each one. Let it land. Let it challenge you.

Activity 8 · Vision Work
Your Healed Life Vision
Before we dig into what was, we plant a stake in what will be. Your healed life is not a fantasy — it is a direction. Complete each prompt below with the first thing that comes. Don't edit. Don't perform. Just let the truth out.

Activity 9 · Deep Reflection
The Core Questions
Every woman in this program is here because something brought her to a crossroads. Answer these three questions honestly — without editing, without performing. This is between you and you.
"What would your life look like if you were fully healed from everything that has ever hurt you?"
If you were fully healed — what would your life look like? Start with "My life would look like..." and write until you feel done.
✦ Private Reflection0 words
What has holding onto this pain cost you? Relationships, opportunities, joy, peace — what has the wound stolen? Be specific and honest.
✦ Private Reflection0 words
What is one thing you know about yourself that you have been afraid to admit? Write it here, in this safe space. No one will see this but you.

Activity 10 · Closing Ceremony
Your Healing Promise
To close this lesson, you will make five promises — not to anyone else, but to yourself. These are not resolutions. They are declarations of the woman you are choosing to become, beginning right now.
Read each promise slowly as it appears. Let it move through you. When all five have been revealed, sign your name to seal your commitment.
I
I promise to show up for myself — even on the days when the work feels heavy, the progress feels invisible, and I feel like going back to who I was. I will stay.
II
I promise to tell myself the truth — about what happened, about what I feel, about what I need, and about what I have been using to avoid all three.
III
I promise to treat myself with the patience I would give a woman I love — because I am a woman I am learning to love, and she deserves my best tenderness.
IV
I promise to stop apologizing for my wounds and to stop rushing my healing. What happened to me was real. The time it takes to heal is real. Both deserve respect.
V
I promise that I will not give up on her — the version of me who is fully healed, fully present, fully alive. She is already inside me. I am just clearing the path.

Lesson 1 Complete
You have named your wounds, understood what healing truly is, moved through a grounding ritual, mapped your pivotal moments, written your vision, and made your promise. That is not a small thing. That is everything.
