richHER ("richHER.co," "we," "us") helps women heal, build, grow, and elevate through digital courses, assessments, and a membership community. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using richher.co, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name and email address when you take the RichHER Assessment, join our email list, or create a member account; your assessment answers, which we use to generate your personalized results.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, and purchase details so we can deliver your membership.
• Account and progress data: if you become a member, your login is managed by Google Firebase Authentication. Lesson progress may be stored in your own browser (localStorage) and in our membership records.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, device type), collected through our hosting provider.

How we use your information

• To deliver your assessment results, membership access, and course materials
• To send you your welcome email, login details, and member communications
• To send our newsletter and offers you've opted into — you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
• To improve our content and site experience

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run richHER:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Firebase — member accounts and secure login
• Make.com — email automation and lead processing
• Vercel — website hosting

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy and our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account or subscription is active, and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your choices & rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the email footer
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your information by emailing hello@richher.co

Depending on where you live (including California and the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We honor verified requests consistent with those laws.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your lesson progress and preferences. Our payment and authentication providers may set cookies necessary for security and checkout.

Children

richHER is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify members by email.
