Welcome to richHER. These terms govern your use of richher.co, the RichHER Assessment, our courses, and the RichHER Membership. By using the site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.
richHER.co is a personal development platform founded by Kimberly Hussey, offering digital courses, tools, and a community for women. Contact: hello@richher.co.
You can cancel your monthly or annual membership at any time — just email hello@richher.co or use the manage-membership link in your receipt. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period, and you won't be billed again. We don't do cancellation fees or guilt trips.
Monthly memberships: Cancel anytime to stop future charges. Payments already made are non-refundable, since you get immediate access to all digital content upon purchase.
Annual memberships: Payments are non-refundable. You retain access for the full annual period after cancellation.
Enrollment fee ($97): Non-refundable. This one-time fee covers immediate access to course materials and platform onboarding.
Founding 100 (lifetime): All sales are final. No refunds after purchase.
To request a refund, email hello@richher.co from the email you purchased with. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Membership accounts are personal and non-transferable. Keep your login private — sharing your account or distributing course materials to non-members is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.
All course content, lessons, workbooks, downloads, and materials are the intellectual property of richHER and are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, resell, republish, or share them. Your downloaded workbooks and personal answers are yours to keep forever.
richHER provides education, tools, and community for personal growth. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, medical, or mental-health advice, and our content is not a substitute for advice from licensed professionals. Any examples of results — emotional, personal, professional, or financial — are illustrations of what's possible, not promises. Your results depend on your circumstances and your effort, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
If you are in crisis or need mental-health support, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis line in your area.
Our community is built on respect. Harassment, hate, spam, or soliciting other members will get you removed. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these standards.
We're always improving richHER — content, features, and modules may be added, updated, or restructured over time. Founding and annual members keep access to the full membership as it evolves. If we ever discontinue the platform, we'll give members reasonable notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, richHER's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which richHER operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify active members by email. Continuing to use richHER after changes means you accept them.
